DC-DC Charger:
Suitable for dual battery systems. It sits between your starter battery and leisure battery and will take power from your alternator to charge your leisure battery whilst the engine is running.

DC-DC Converter:
Ideal for running DC powered equipment. These typically used where you have a 24V leisure battery bank, but wish to power 12V appliances.

Isolated or Non-isolated?
- Isolated – has a separate, galvanically isolated input and output negative.
- Non-isolated – uses a common negative return.
If both your source and target batteries share a negative return (ie vehicle chassis ground) then you do not need the isolated version.
