We are here to help you with Victron advise, sales support and warranty.
Systems can be complicated and most will require a qualified Electrician to be installed to not void Victron’s product warranty and comply with Australian standards. Victron offer 5 year warranty on their products.
Before beginning your Victron Energy project we highly recommend you read through Victron’s excellent documentation to have a better understanding of how things work.

Victron offer a 5 year warranty on most of their products.
A qualified electrician is required to install most Victron products. Failure to do so can void Victron’s Warranty conditions.
Products will need to be returned to our North Rocks NSW Warehouse and we will process the Warranty with Victron on your behalf.
All Warranty and Repairs must come to us. Not Victron.

Often the issue can be resolved by asking questions about your issue.
If an issues is found it is your responsibility to return the item to our North Rocks warehouse for further evaluation.

We will need to test, repair if possible or send a RMA to Victron to get your product replaced.
We offer free local pickup from our North Rock Warehouse. We will advise you a suitable time for pickup when the gear is ready.
We also offer free local shipping for orders over $500. We can ship to all major cities in Australia.
