All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days of order placement.

Stock

There are 600+ Victron products available and Victron stock levels are updated automatically daily on our web shop.

We keep stock of common Victron Energy products and make weekly orders with Victron. Please allow up to 2-8 business days for some products to arrive at our North Rocks Warehouse.

We offer local pickup from our North Rocks NSW warehouse during business hours.

Shipping

We offer shipping to all major towns in Australia only. PO Box or residential address can be used for small sized orders.

For large orders (20kg +) must be sent to a business address. This is our courier requirement.

Unfortunately heavy/large orders can be very expensive to ship. If you live in a remote location please contact us as additional shipping fees may be necessary.

We will provide courier tracking details and estimated delivery dates.

Delivery

All orders typically take 1-5 days to be processed and arrive at our Warehouse.

When ready we will ship via a Courier and pass on tracking details once available.

Return and Warranty policy

All returns and warranty claims / repairs must be returned to our North Rocks warehouse for assesment.

The freight charges will need to be covered by the customer.
